Shatavari is used as Aphrodisiac, Galactogogue, Anorexia, Insomnia and for weight gain. Shatavari is also works as a demulcent for the dry and inflamed membranes of the lungs, stomach, kidneys and sexual organs.

Prunus Amygdalus: It is known as “Sweet Almond”. Prunus amygdalus is pale-brown in colour and of rugged bark. Almond is rich source of fixed oil and glycosides. Almond is well known for its therapeutic properties of almond oil include: alterative [producing overall improvement in the nutritional state of the body], anti-inflammatory, astringent, carminative [expels gas], demulcent [soothes mucous membranes], diuretic, emollient, laxative, nervine [calming to the nervous system] and tonic.

Phoenix Sylvestris: It belongs to palm family Arecaceae. Its sap is known as “Taadi”. Palm fruit is used to relieve from abdominal complaints, fevers, vomiting and loss of consciousness. Palm fruit pounded and mixed with almonds, quince seeds, pistachio nuts and sugar, form a restorative remedy. The juice obtained from the tree is considered to be a cooling beverage. It contains Vitamins A, Vitamin B1, B2, B6, Vitamin C and minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Phosphorus.

Emblica Officinalis: It is commonly known as Indian Gooseberry, Amla or Amalki. It is the precious gift to man by nature which contributes toward health and longevity. It is similar to gooseberry but botanically unrelated to gooseberry. Amla is unique dietary resource of minerals, vitamins C and amino acid. It contains higher concentration of minerals and amino acid. Amla contain amino acids such as Glutamic acid, proline, aspartic acid, alanine, and lysine. Tribulus Terrestris: It is also known as Gokhsura or Calthrops.
